If your system breaks down during the first two (2) years following installation or repair, and leaves you without heating or cooling, we guarantee to repair your system within 24 hours of the time you call us or we will give you up to $1000 for your inconvenience.

If you have purchased a new system (or component) from TSS Home Comfort, and you have maintained your Total Care Club Membership in good standing since your system installation, and you followed all of TSS Home Comfort’s recommendations, our guarantee is as follows:
If at any time within two (2) years from the date of your installation, you are dissatisfied with the performance of your comfort system (or component), we will make any and all modifications (including replacement of the system or component, if necessary) to meet your reasonable satisfaction.

Property Protection & Client Respect Guarantee
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship, and while they are in your home, your property will be protected from any possible damage. Our technicians will not swear or use tobacco products while on your property. They will courteously answer any questions or concerns and leave your home as neat as they found it. They will wear protective shoe covers and place floor protections on all work and traffic areas. If they fail to do any of the above, we will give you a complimentary 1 year Total Care Club Membership at no charge to you.

Total Care Club Members also enjoy our unmatched Total Service Guarantee—offering superior warranty coverage you won’t find anywhere else:
For ten (10) full years after the installation of your Optimum or Premier system, or for five (5) full years after the installation of your Deluxe System, and as long as your Total Club Care account is current and in good standing, you will not pay for any equipment failure-related service calls. That is total worry-free system performance for the next ten (10) years on an Optimum or Premier and five (5) years on a Deluxe or Basic System.
For ten (10) full years after the installation of your Optimum or Premier system, or for five (5) full years after the installation of your Deluxe System, and as long as your Total Club Care account is current and in good standing, you will not pay for any equipment failure-related service calls.
